Delivery Time

The delivery time is 1-3 business days within Germany and 3-10 days to other EU countries. For orders with multiple items, we deliver everything simultaneously as soon as the last item is ready. At Graviers Design, we rely on swift and reliable delivery. Our high-quality products leave our warehouse within just 2 business days after receiving your order. Shipping is carried out safely and promptly via DHL Parcel – including to Packstations. Once your package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an informative email from us including your individual tracking ID. This allows you to trace the entire journey of your shipment and keep an eye on the expected delivery date.

Should you ever wish to return one or more items from your order – whether it's house numbers, elegant doorbells, or stylish mailboxes – we make the process as convenient as possible. Here’s how to proceed with a return: First, check if your return meets the required conditions, such as adhering to the return period or any customizations made. Initiate the return process by sending us an email at shop@graviers.de. Shortly after, you will receive approval for the return along with valuable information on how to proceed. Ensure careful packaging of the items to prevent damage during the return transit. Include the previously sent delivery note as an accompanying sheet in your return to ensure a smooth process. Choose a shipping service of your choice and send the return to our company address: Graviers GmbH; Hauptstraße 41, 53518 Leimbach. After a thorough inspection of your return, a credit will automatically be issued using the originally used payment method. Mounting kit with threaded pins and anchors: Our recommended mounting kit is ideal to ensure that your chosen product is firmly and securely attached to your facade. The plates equipped with threaded sleeves provide robust anchoring, and the installation process is straightforward. Here's how to proceed: Screw the threaded pins into the prepared threaded sleeves. Mark the positions of the holes to be drilled on your facade. Drill the holes and insert the anchors. Attach the product to the wall with gentle pressure. Reliable attachment with Graviers silicone adhesive: If you prefer a drill-free attachment, our Graviers silicone adhesive is the ideal choice. It allows for secure and permanent installation without drilling. Here's how to proceed: Generously apply the silicone adhesive – about 1 cm from the outer edge – to the cleaned backside of the item. Press the product onto the facade or wall and align it. Secure it with suitable material, such as residue-free tape, for approximately 5 hours, depending on weather and humidity.
